Solution · Control performance

The morning meeting is held on the screen, with numbers nobody disputes.

Measures, open gaps and overdue actions show on the team’s 65″ screen. Nobody comes in early to print, the team’s 30 people read the same numbers, and every meeting held is tracked: duration, actions created, completion rate.

Before, and with Daystream

Today

The group leader comes in 30 minutes early to print.

Documents unreadable for a team of 30 to 35 people.

No structured meeting, no traceability.

Up to 3 hours to format the performance board.

“Production says 10 minutes of downtime, maintenance says 5.”

With Daystream

The board fills itself with the team's data.

A 65" touchscreen at the edge of the line, readable by the whole team.

Defined rituals (team, facilitator, frequency, duration), meetings scheduled automatically, timer during the meeting, duration and completion rate tracked.

Dashboards built by the facilitator, data already filled in, history kept.

A single source for measures. With TEEPTRAK, stops will come straight from the machine (soon).
